The Maple

The Maple is a place-based supportive housing program (PBSH), offering long-term recovery-oriented focused supports to female identifying residents 24 years and older.

The Maple provides direct holistic programming by developing opportunities that support connections to culture at times and in places that benefit the residents.

The overarching goal of the program is to transition individuals into either lower level supports or higher level supports for individuals that require long-term intensive supports.

Access to the Maple is managed by the triage table at Coordinated Access & Assessment.

To be considered at the triage table, potential residents must have an up-to-date NSQ. NSQ's can be completed at SORCe (#2, 317 7th Ave SE) and are sometimes available directly through qualified Trellis staff members.
