Family Homelessness Prevention
If you and your family are facing eviction because of overdue rental bills, living in unsafe or overcrowded housing, or have recently become homeless we are here to help!
Family Homelessness Prevention provides financial support, short-term case management and connection to community resources and activities for families experiencing financial instability, facing eviction, or who have recently become homeless.
We can support families with children or dependants. Single people or those without dependants looking to access basic needs and financial support will be connected with our partner agency, the Distress Centre.
