Temporary Shelter and Support

Avenue 15 provides youth ages 12 to 17 who are experiencing homelessness with temporary shelter and basic needs. We also provide a comprehensive support system to help youth reunite with their families or find alternative living arrangements.

While staying at Avenue 15, we help create opportunities for you to gain the skills and stability needed to reconnect with your family or to be successful in other living arrangements.

We also help you with things like family mediation, school, employment support, money management, recreation, healthy living and life skill development.
