Temporary Shelter and Support
Avenue 15 provides temporary shelter and basic needs support to youth ages 12-17 who are experiencing homelessness. We also provide a comprehensive support system to help youth reunite with their families or find alternative living arrangements.
While staying at Avenue 15, we help create opportunities for youth to gain the skills and stability needed to reconnect with family or to be successful in other living arrangements.
We also help with things like family mediation, school, employment support, money management, recreation, healthy living and life skill development.
